"Did you know you can improve joint strength as you age and resolve joint pain? It's about understanding how your body and joints work, being aware of the many internal signals that are available to you if you learn how to pay attention to them, and then working on exercises to optimize the joints," says Master Dao.
Master Dao, a 35th Generation Shaolin Disciple, has released a video titled "20-Minute Daily Essential Shaolin Stretch Therapy". He has been actively sharing ancient secrets of Shaolin since 2007, and in a format that is more readily acceptable and practical for modern people. His teachings have benefitted thousands of people around the world.
Master Dao is the founder of Shaolin Stretch Therapy, a discipline designed to optimize the body's joints. He shares his valuable wisdom in an easy-to-follow video with exercises that anyone can practice to resolve joint pain.
"Almost everyone today lives a fairly sedentary lifestyle. Effectively, we are training our bodies to support sitting for 12 to 14 hours a day. This leads to an imbalance and weakening of our joints, resulting in compression and degeneration of the cartilage in our knees, shoulders, and the 23 discs along our spine. This can cause tingly, numb, and painful sensations that radiate along the arms, back, and legs. By following the exercises in the Shaolin Stretch Therapy video, anyone can reverse the atrophy of joints commonly associated with aging," said Master Dao.
